Upon receiving your Registration Form and payment,the Secretariat will send you a Confirmation/Receipt,bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation slip with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Conference site.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Secretariat.
･For cancellations received before September 15,1997,the entire registration
fee will be refunded after the Conference.(\5,000 as handling charge will be deducted from the refund, however.)
･For cancellations received on or after Septernber 16,1997,no refund.(A copy of Proceedings will be sent after the Conference.)
